RESPECT is dark green, semi-erect, intermediate flowering diploid (2N) perennial bunchgrass. Respect was developed for improved forage regrowth, crown rust resistance, improved persistence and DM yield. Respect also provides added value characteristics such as intermediate maturity, high CP, low ADF/NDF and high RFV. It exhibits excellent seedling vigor, tolerates moderately acidic soils and remains productive under poorly drained soil conditions.

RESPECT is best suited for intensive rotational grazing systems, hay (conservation), silage and pasture utilization. It can be used in animal finishing systems. Respect is ideal for companion and nurse cropping or for overseeding/frost seeding existing pastures. It has been extensively tested in the EU with excellent trial results in forage yield and quality.
