Quick Facts

JULIA is recognized as the standard for improved traffic tolerant Kentucky bluegrass. It exhibits high quality turf, but only moderate winter performance. Julia exhibits good resistance to leaf spot, but is susceptible to brown patch and dollar spot. It is an excellent choice for elite Kentucky bluegrass blends on sports fields, golf course fairways, tees and roughs. It may also be used in polyspecies mixtures containing improved perennial ryegrass, fine fescues and tall fescue.
