JULIUS is an exceptionally wear tolerant Kentucky bluegrass that tolerates low mowing heights very well. It is bright green with very fine blades. It is an agressive variety with bright winter color and early season green-up. Julius is an elite Kentucky bluegrass variety that can be used in bluegrass sod blends where high quality, traffic tolerant sports turf is desired. It exhibits good disease resistance as well.
